Kassie Rose is the book critic for WOSU Public Media, 820 AM/89.7 FM, an NPR member station in Columbus, Ohio.
An avid reader and book collector, Kassie is a member of the National Book Critics Circle and a trustee of the Aldus Society, a local chapter of the national Fellowship of American Bibliophilic Societies (FABS).
She has served as a Literature Advisory Panelist for the Ohio Arts Council and is a recipient of an Ohio Arts Council Individual Artists Grant for fiction.
In 2005, with funding from the Ohio Humanities Council, Kassie produced and hosted Ohioana Authors, a show that won the Ohio Public Broadcasting 2005 Program of the Year Award and also the 2005 Arts and Cultural Affairs Award for Series Programming.
When not absorbed in books, Kassie writes and produces content for websites.
